We provide contract based support in the form of on-site visits and remote assistance. If you require this type of support or simply want to outsource your IT issues we are ready to provide you with a contract based on your needs. We also supply on-call support, however this is billed at a higher rate then if you are on a contract.
Hours outside of your contract is billed at 15% discount.
